Fanatics and the NHL have agreed to a 10-year partnership that will see Fanatics become the official on-ice uniform sponsor for the league starting in the 2024-25 season, making it the perfect time to get your 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs merch. This marks the first time that the Fanatics brand will appear on official player uniforms for a professional sports league. The two companies have had a pre-established relationship, with Fanatics being the official manufacturer of NHL apparel and memorabilia since 2017 and operating the NHL’s e-commerce operations since 2005.
In addition to being the on-ice uniform sponsor, Fanatics will also continue to make the NHL Authentic Pro line of official performance and training apparel and headwear worn by players, coaches, and staff since 2018. This partnership expansion is a reflection of the shared commitment to innovation, performance, and serving players and fans between the two entities. NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman expressed his excitement for what Fanatics will bring to the best uniforms in all of sports, while Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin called this a “seminal moment” in the company’s history and a testament to the collaborative relationship they have built with the NHL.
In almost perfect timing, the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs are taking off and, fittingly, you can ring in the new deal and postseason with Fanatics.
2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs Presented by Fanatics
The 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs are upon us, and what a wild postseason it has been thus far. While the Boston Bruins set all sorts of records during the regular season, their dreams of yet another championship came to an end last night as the Florida Panthers officially eliminated them. Seven teams are still in the hunt for the season-ender as the Rangers and Devils look to close out an exciting series in hopes of becoming the eighth team left.
